A Game of Thrones MOD for Crusader Kings 2
I know there are a lot of people here who are fans of George Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire and the TV show. So I'm glad to present the fan made AGOT mod for CK2.

PS: You must update to the latest version of the game and paste all 3 files you've extracted from the zip in the mod folder of the game. Then open the launcher and select the Game of Thrones mod and click play. Enjoy
PPS: The Night's Watch is also playable.

Looks good, but I preffer the vanilla after all. Do not have HBO, so no idea how the Game of Thrones serioes actually is.

I enjoyed the mod for the first Crusader Kings game, though that was back before the HBO show and I knew nothing about it.

The best thing about A Song of Ice and Fire is it's plausible world, powerful intrigue and awesome characters. Today I downloaded the audio books. As for the tv show, to quote Bakhto, the show is amazing by tv standards.

Digging it out!
To those of you who like the Total War Games, there is a Westeros Mod for MTW2 (Kingdoms). It' still a pretty early version (map is done, regions, units and stuff), but the first 'complete' release shouldn't take long now.
And even now there is some serious Hotseat action going on in that forum. There also is a 'King of Rivers and Hills'-Submod which takes place roughly 1000 years before Aegon the Conqueror.
Oh and by the way, that Community there is the most awesome source for ANYTHING you could want to improve your Total War games, dozens of other mods as well.. if you like the games, it's worth a look or two.
